School Campaign

It would not have been possible to do this project without the involvement of my students. They always surprise me and at another time, they have overcome my expectations with their excellent work.

• This project begins with a challenging Driving Question.

• Role assignment when setting the groups keeping in mind their skills.

• Significant content. Students must analyze school operation and suggest improvements.
  Their proposals will be submitted to different school commissions.

• This project is based on active learning. Students choose how to design their electoral campaign and decide what to design, create and present as a final product.

• Public audience. Students present their final product to other different grades students and involve them to vote.

• 21st Century Competencies are considered. With this project, we encourage democratic values working about democratic system. Critical thinking, collaboration and communications are different competencies to develop.
